Welcome to SeaPod Glamping. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully as they govern your booking and stay with us. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking Confirmation

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking cost is required at the time of reservation. Your booking will only be confirmed once this deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 28 days before your arrival date.

2. Payment Terms

• Deposit: 20% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Full Payment: The remaining balance is due 28 days prior to your arrival. Failure to make full payment by this date may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.
• Payments can be made via your online booking account or by requesting a payment link.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Deposit: The 20% deposit is strictly non-refundable.
• Cancellations: If you cancel your booking more than 28 days before your arrival, you will only forfeit the 20% deposit. If you cancel less than 28 days before your arrival, no refund will be provided, and the full payment is forfeited.
• In the event that SeaPod has to cancel your booking due to weather conditions, specifically if winds exceed 45mph gusts, or any other health and safety precaution, you will receive a full refund or the option to rearrange your stay at no additional cost.

4. Changes to Bookings

• Any changes to your booking must be made at least 28 days before your arrival date. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee availability.
• Changes made within 28 days of your arrival may be treated as a cancellation, and cancellation fees will apply.

5. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: Guests may check-in from 1:00 PM onwards.
• Check-out: Guests must check out by 10:30 AM on the day of departure. Failure to check out on time may result in additional charges.

6. Breakages and Damages

If any items are damaged or broken during your stay, please inform us immediately. We understand that fair wear and tear is unavoidable, but if we determine that the damage resulted from excessive use, force, or unfair treatment, we reserve the right to charge for the repair or replacement of the item(s).

7. Pets Policy

As SeaPod is located on Ocean Pitch campsite, where dogs are allowed to visit but not permitted to stay over, we are unable to accommodate pets in any SeaPod bookings. Dogs may visit on a lead!

8. Liability

SeaPod will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to guests or their personal belongings during their stay. Guests are encouraged to have their own travel insurance to cover such instances.

9. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for the behavior of all members of their party and must ensure that no member of their party behaves in a way that causes damage to the property, disturbs other guests, or breaks any laws.

10. Force Majeure

SeaPod is not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms if such failure is due to causes beyond our reasonable control (such as weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.). In the event of high winds (over 45mph gusts) that pose a health and safety risk, we may have to cancel or rearrange your stay. In this scenario, you will receive a full refund or a free rearrangement of your booking.
